Mailind Solvind Mjøen er en norsk billedkunstner basert i Hamar. Hun arbeider tverrmedialt med fotografi, installasjon, tekstil, lyd, video og performative uttrykk. Gjennom karakterer, kostymer og scenografiske rom utforsker hun menneskets emosjonelle landskap, ofte i skjæringspunktet mellom omsorg, raseri, sårbarhet og fantasi. Arbeidene beveger seg mellom det personlige og det mytologiske, der intime erfaringer transformeres til visuelle fortellinger om menneskets indre liv.
Mailind Solvind Mjøen is a Norwegian visual artist based in Hamar. She works across photography, installation, textile, sound, video and performative practices. Through characters, costumes and scenographic environments she explores the emotional landscapes of human experience, often at the intersection of care, rage, vulnerability and imagination. Her works move between the personal and the mythological, where intimate experiences are transformed into visual narratives about the inner life of the human being.
